Sexual Harassment in Indian Court of law

http://us.rediff.com/news/2006/feb/13guest.htm?q=tp&file=.htm

Can you beleive this? Sexual harassment right in the middle of the Court of Law. How low can the judge stoop down to? I sincerely feel sorry for this Lady lawyer. Only goes to show that Our judicial system, a corrupt system heavily influenced by Money and Politics, needs a big revamp.

Revamp is a completely benign term to use. There is no humanity, no ethics and no values that can be found there. Most people, judges and attorneys included, look at the whole justice system as paper-pushing. Everything from someone's struggle for survival to someone else's cry for justice is all "routine work" in a Court of Law. Sensitivity can't be injected by a revamp. You need sensitive people to start with.
